Hi can you please make sure the team that Dervla from the Irish call centre who dealt with my call today at midday 10/06/2026 gets this good feedback from me raised to her manager. I think this is perhaps the best customer experience I have had over the phone in a long time, in a situation where I've had to raise complaints to EE and had many many headaches with different advisors telling my conflicting and often wrong information. She took responsibility and ownership of my issue and arranged a callback on the earliest date where she can action the offcom auto compensation. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, I'm so happy I got through to her on the phone. Please ensure that her manager hears this feedback and she gets the credit she deserves as she is a real asset to your team. Her second to none customer service skills, knowledge, and willingness to take ownership of the issue, should be used as an example for all across the company. Thank you, Matthew

Hi,
I would like to thank one of your guides Darren who was a huge help to me today. I am 39 weeks pregnant and he managed to sort my issue out for me. He really went above and beyond. Any of the other colleagues I spoke to were unable to help however Darren managed to sort. I honestly can't thank him enough.

I had been having problems with my Internet following full fibre installation. I have spent HOURS on the phone being passed from person to person trying to find a solution. Today I was connected to Cameron from Cardiff who was the only person who didn't give up, didn't fob me off to someone else and actually found a solution. I really hope my internet problems are now permanently sorted, but nonetheless, I appreciate the time and effort that Cameron gave. Please pass this on to him.

Hello, I spoke to a lady called Sam in the customer service team, she called on 08009565062.
I explained my financial situation to her and she genuinely let me feel heard, she asked what help I had received and if she could offer some assistance in getting me help. She congratulated me on my pregnancy, we laughed a lot and she didn’t make me feel once guilty, ashamed or embarrassed. I wanted to give her some recognition because without the experience I would have left that conversation feeling even lower than before the conversation.
She made sure to understand my personal situation and to give me tailored help and I came away from the conversation feeling so much lighter, joyous and a lot calmer.
I really appreciate the experience during such a difficult time.
