Can I please say a huge thank you to a lady called Doreen I spoke to just now on the phone for help about my billing, a really lovely Scottish lady who was beyond helpful and wonderful. If you can relay this thank you back to her. She said she always works through til 9pm and was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve spoken too - if you give bonuses and pay rises this women deserves one. Such a star - sadly I don’t know her full name to give her full thanks but her kindness and help really made me admire ee customer help

Hi, I would like to leave an amazing review for Daria from Payment Support in Darlington. She is a prime example of how customer service should be and helped me with what i needed most. So glad someone like Daria is helping shape great customer service at EE.

I would just like to say a big thank you to the agent that assisted me with my mother’s broadband. Her calmness, compassion, kindness and understanding helped in an anxious situation. My gratitude and compliments (sorry in the situation I have forgotten the lady’s name) you were a saviour in the situation. Thank you
