Had a problem connecting my solar panels datalogger to my WiFi. Spoke to TJ who knew exactly what my problem was, led me through the solution, which was really complex, step by step and then stayed on the line until I had successfully  got the datalogger and router to talk to each other. TJ was brilliant, very knowledgable, professional,friendly and above all patient with my efforts to follow his instructions. Well Done TJ it was a pleasure bro talk to you today.

How do I find out who served me when I went into the store to give feedback?

on Friday afternoon I had amazing customer service when I opened a new account for my son (Tonbridge branch) and ordered 2 phones.

Unfortunately when I collected the phones I had ordered (yesterday afternoon) a different representative was absolutely awful and made me feel like walking away (Tonbridge branch)

Hi 

We had a great experience in ely Cambridgeshire ee store bernie was great with my elderly dad who needed extra support with understanding. Everything was explained well & we werent rushed. I have always used this store The manager and the team are great & I know my dad is in safe hands if he has any issues in the future. Thank you so much.
