Good afternoon,
Myself and my daughter visited your Worthing Store today and were served by a lovely girl called Chloe who was exceptionally polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped my daughter upgrade her phone and then noticed that my broadband contract was out of date and managed to save me a considerable amount of money monthly for a better product when I had only gone along to support my daughter. This was exceptional customer service on her part. In my experience, it’s very rare these days to get that level of customer service anywhere these days. She is a credit to your firm and it would be great if you could pass on my comments to her.

Good afternoon,
I just wanted to post a note of thanks to Libby (I think) in ee technical (phone/app support)
I’ve recently joined ee and my contractor gave me data to use on my Apple Watch. I was connected in less than 5 mins and Libby did all she could to get an issue with my watch resolved. She tried a final fix and as agreed rang 24 hrs later giving me a final fix and my watch is up and running. 😊
This is fantastic service - I have been with eye less than one week!
your team and Libby (I hope I remembered her name correctly) deserve a huge amount of praise and are a credit to ee. I posted the after call survey but this lightning quick service and resolution really do deserve sharing wider.

Hi I recently upgraded 2 phones from my plan. I was on the phone for over an hour to a member of staff called Shauna (surname can be provided) it was complicated and there was quite a bit of info needed. Shauna was patient and explained everything brilliantly. I can’t thank her enough, a great member of your team.

I would like to say Thank you to Jo who helped me renew my Broadband and told me about the Digital home phone. The call was made on 19/03/26 .
I would also like to thank Lee who sorted out why I hadn't received a new digital phone and arranged for an adaptor to be sent to me within 3 days. the call was made on 12/04/26.
Both very polite and extremely helpful .
