Does anyone else feel disappointed when you talk to an EE guide about an issue all they want to do is try to sell you something while your trying to get an issue resolved.

I habe never found that out, but found that EE guides are helpful when I have rung up, which is very rare.

I just find a polite "I'm sorry I'm not interested" stops it It's not unique to EE, but you can't blame the call handler for it as it's part of their script to upsell.

Yes but when you say no and they still push it’s very annoying I’ve got chats with them where you can see I’ve said no several times and they still push for a sale
