Subject: Extremely Poor Service Experience and Miscommunication

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from EE. I have encountered multiple instances where I received conflicting information from different representatives—many of which turned out to be false. This reflects poor training and inadequate internal systems, both of which have cost me a significant amount of time and frustration, ultimately leading me to leave EE.

I purchased a TV package and was clearly told by the sales representative that it included Sky Sports. However, I was later sent a regular sports package that did not include Sky Sports. I attempted to rectify this on the very first day. The representative assured me the change had been made—but the next day, nothing had changed.

I called again, only to be told that no action had been taken by the previous agent. This cycle repeated with multiple representatives, each claiming to resolve the issue, but no actual progress was made. After many days of calling and losing all patience, I requested to cancel the service. I was told it had been cancelled, but based on my previous experience, I had little faith in that. Unsurprisingly, I later discovered that the cancellation had not gone through either.

At this point, I am deeply frustrated. I feel deceived and dismissed by a company I once trusted. I will begin recording all future calls and consider sharing these experiences publicly so others can be aware. It’s a real shame that a company of this size suffers from such fundamental issues in customer service and internal communication.

While I understand that I may be just one customer to EE, this experience has genuinely impacted my mental well-being.

I can completely appreciate you'll feel let down if there have been multiple instances where what you were promised wasn't delivered.

How were things left with you when you last spoke with our team, and have you managed to query the cancellation?
