Hi all
i recently got a tv with 24 months of TNT but when I got to activate it it states I have nothing to add. I have an add on for iTunes on the number which the tv is linked to but no joy of TNT unless I swap it out but shouldn’t have to with tv been an additional product on my account.
please help

If it is saying that there is nothing to activate and there is nothing on the confirmation email, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call.
They'll be able to bring up your account and have a look into this for you.

How long ago did you order the TV?
Does the confirmation email have a link to get TNT Sports set up?

Was roughly 3 weeks ago the offer was still running.
ordered from online shop and no links in email. The order number never registered in my account until after delivery which I thought that was odd
