Restrictions

Hi looking for help I have received new bill that should be £43 and iv had added charges of £30 a partial restriction of £12 and a full restrictions of £18 but iv never been restricted so confused as to where these have come from I’m now £73 in debt with them and they don’t make it easy to get out of debt  iv never been cut off broadband so why am I been charge stupid amount for a restriction iv never had I did pay the the last £26 of last month bill late thank you
