I need a 5G data solution for remote working. I have two slow fixed FTTC line with static IPs for work, using load balancing. However the bandwidth is insufficient to allow high quality video and audio work for two workers. I would like to switch the 2nd FTTC line to a 5G mobile broadband option. I need a simple 5G modem, without Wifi, and would be happy to provide my own hardware, as I can then ensure compatibility with my UI Unifi Gateway.
Does EE provide SIM-only deals with unlimited data and uncapped speeds? Either personal or small business products would be fine. Also, do EE have any restrictions on hardware used as the modem? I'm thinking about the a Mikrotik modem in bridge mode, or maybe the Four Faith FNB600.
I don't need a fixed IP.

Hi @smplcrtrs
Make sure you're in a good 5G area and that you have a strong signal.
Thanks
