Recommendation of excellent customer service

As a loyal EE customer and professional Google reviewer, I feel compelled to share my customer experience from my visit on Tuesday, May 20th, at 4 PM at your Crawley branch, with Taylor and Jess. I arrived at the store an hour before closing because my current iPhone was not working, and I needed to purchase an updated version. Upon entering, I noticed a professional and polite staff member, who was assisting another customer. He promptly acknowledged us and called over another team member to help. Taylor quickly came to our aid and provided us with excellent customer service. I was truly impressed by his sales approach. His attentive listening, clear communication, and confident demeanor are qualities I would wholeheartedly recommend and commend. The entire process was a delightful experience. Even though the store was closing and the iPhone data transfer wasn’t completed, both Taylor and Jess willingly spent extra time to ensure that the customer service experience remained outstanding. I sincerely believe that Taylor should be considered for the next management position, as he has demonstrated exceptional competence.
