Excellent customer service from Sakina today

I called EE today asking for my mobile number to be changed after receiving daily phone calls from people all over the UK saying they had a missed call from my mobile number so they were returning the call? And apparently, my number was flagging up as a spam call on some devices? I was tired of explaining to people that this was not me, I did not make a call to them, and that I don't know how someone else can make a call from my personal mobile number to another person? Some people were fine, some didn't believe me and got very defensive, others have called me a scammer, saying I should be ashamed of myself, while others just hung up as soon as I said it was not me! 

A huge thank you to Sakina for your excellent customer services today in helping me resolve this issue. Your support was outstanding, prompt and very professional. I am pleased to say my mobile number has now been changed, and without incurring any additional charges, again, thanks to Sakina.  You are a credit to EE Sakina.
