Recenty emails from EE Community Mail via eu.khoros-mail.com are going straight into my junk email. Another forum that I am on also uses eu.khorus.mail.com and emails go to junk. I keep adding them to safe senders but they continue to go to junk. I am using Outlook.com. Is there anyway that I can stop these emails going to junk.

@Jonty1964 , I have had that as well, but some do not go to the junk folder, I have just given up adding them to safe senders, this has only happened recently, now it seems to happen more often, not sure what we can do, as this should not happen, I am also using Outlook app, both on IPad and IPhone. I am glad it is not just me this is happening to.
