Can I praise the sales team at the EE store in Meadowhall Sheffield (upstairs). We were served by George (a credit to himself and your company), and Ozzy (his manager). We visited on Friday 3rd March 2023. George managed to convert my Mum’s old T-Mobile account across from a 3G to a new EE 5G SIM. The kicker was that the account details (name) was slightly wrong. In total George spent the thick side of 2 Hrs sorting it out. 20 out of 10 for customer service guys!
