Hi,
I recently received excellent customer service from one of your members of staff and would like to compliment him on this. How do I give feedback please as I never received a text afterwards to rate him and I feel he deserves the praise.

Thank you for your reply.
I visited your store in Ipswich on Thursday 31st July as I needed to get a better deal on both my phone and broadband. I also had issues with the two accounts not linking.
The name of the guide who served me was Kallum. Despite being understaffed that day, he took his time with the customer he was helping before me and then also with me. He was friendly and upbeat and helped me with all my queries. He found me the best deals for my needs, managed to link my accounts and answered every question I had.
I was hoping for the text to give feedback but never received it. I would definitely give him a 10/10!

I'm so glad to hear that Kallum managed to help get this all sorted out, and I can definitely get this forwarded on to our retail team so it get passed to the guys in Ipswich.
