⁵EE shop .chapplefield

Just called into the Chapplefield EE shop to see if I was due an upgrade on my wife's mobile..Thought I would ask for two coffees from lovely coffee machine..but nothing happened..the friendly staff member joked about a filter upgrade and that was it...anyway we got served by someone else and when we left..not a word was said about the coffee..if you are going to give away coffee to regular old established people like myself.who love a coffee with a chat then EE please do something about this as ever since the shop has moved from round the corner to where it is now..I have noticed that it has never been working......🤔

@TortoiseMans008  it’s very possible that this store is a franchise store and it’s not owned by EE  and it’s run by the person who owns it under the license of EE and if that’s the case it’s actually the store you should be speaking with but it’s up to the owner of the store to fix it should they wish to do so.
