Hi, I’m not sure if this is the right place but I wanted to leave some positive feedback in relation to a colleague of yours called Ollie who helped me when I called 150 yesterday.
I had quite a shocker of a bill that left me out of sorts, having been a customer for the best part of 21 years, I couldn’t understand how the new contract had been set up the way it had and had lost the best part of a morning on Monday trying to get through the automated system to speak to someone to look at it before I gave up.
Ollie on the Tuesday was great , he picked up immediately, identified the problem and put a work around in place all while empathising and soothing my frazzled nerves, he’s a credit to your company and I actually joined this forum to leave this review as I didn’t get the usual feedback text that would have allowed me to impart the good work done.
