I don't know if I'm with EE or not and there's no one I can speak to...

I got a pac code from Vodafone and tried to join ee.

They accepted it and a few minutes later I got an email from EE to say there's an issue with my bank

I called my bank and resolved the issue

I then tried to join ee again and was told the PAC code was invalid

I then asked Vodafone for a new PAC code but they told.me they can't give me one as it's already been used

Now I'm here and I'm not sure what  network I'm with

Seems quite stressful to be honest

Thanks

Hi @Liam2442

Welcome to the community.

It would be best to give our customer service guides a call so they can check what is happening.

They'll be able to check if the order is there, and look at getting the number port set up with your PAC.

If the order hasn't been successful, they can help to put it through for you.

Michael

Thanks for your help but I clicked on the link, I then clicked help and it advised me to ask on the forum, so it's sent me back here

I also sent "help'to 150 but I'm not with EE yet so that didn't work

We don't have any account access on the community @Liam2442, so we're not able to see any order or porting details here.

The best option would be to call our team using the numbers that are a little further down the page on the link above. There is an option for sales queries and they can help.

Okay I've now registered with EE, I did it with the phone number

I've got an ' e sim' but I still seem to be on the Vodafone network

Im reading the email and I see it says

'Once you've logged in, please link your EE product using the mobile number on this email'

Now that number is different to the number I'll be using because of the PAC code , so I'm not logged in with that number on the app.

I'm on the app now, does anyone know how to link it?

Thanks

I'm also struggling with a phone number

I've had 12 emails from EE today and on the latest one there is a number at the bottom

I called it - +03301231105 and I got through to Vodafone, I appreciate the help but I feel confused

@Liam2442 , welcome to EE, you need to give it at least 24 hours for it all to be completed, and you will get a text saying all complete.

I would suggest waiting until the transfer has all completed and then register on the app.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Liam2442 : Text NUMBER to 150. If it's successful it'll tell you you are with EE. If it fails, you're not.
