I am a new customer to EE and have had lots of problems with my new phone order. I was endlessly being left in the dark by multiple members of staff, some of which blatantly lied to me about my order. It wasn't until I met a member of staff called Ella K on the phone who went out of her way to really make sure I was happy. Even making a note to get in contact with me personally if there were any problems. She has gone above and beyond and she is the sole reason you still have me as a customer. She needs some sort of reward for her dedication.

I'm so sorry to hear of the experience you had before you spoke to Ella, but I'm delighted that they were able to help you like this.

Please can I commend a gentleman called Ali who works at your 1 Braham Street London store in customer repairs to you, in the highest terms.
I was directed to the store via Apple today - he was extremely courteous and understanding and went above and beyond - despite the appointment not being properly booked. He provided excellent advice, that allowed me to go back and argue with Apple.
A quite remarkable service from Ali, he really was a credit to the company
