I have received a letter in the post stating I am entitled to a shortfall payment as I was part of the 'buy holiday' scheme between 2018-2022 where the pay temporarily dipped below National minimum wage. It's asking me to fill in a form to claim this but no form was included, also the contact email looks a bit suspicious [email protected]. My old employee number and my full name is on the letter.
Could someone please confirm if this is a scam?

I received the shortfall letter. I replied with the information the required from the letter. I spoke to hr and they took my email address.
