Hi
ive been with EE for many many moons, since you’ve merged with BT customer service support has been RIDICULOUSLY HOPELESS, RUDE, IGNORANT, seriously contemplating switching to Vodafone or even Sky Mobile, I’ve never once felt annoyed or angry with EE and it’s been twice in a row, the gentleman I just spoke with gave me the complete wrong item i ordered he apparently seen a “watch” when indeed it was earphones, then he puts me on hold and LOOKS AT THE ACCOUNT, if EE don’t sort this out i assure you, 100% your so called outstanding customer service you acclaim to be awarded is a utter fraud PR stunt, and i personally will complain to the regulators asking if this is indeed true, EE biggest cockup was merging with incompetent BT STAFF who don’t care, and are money motivated

Hi
its about trying to add a line to my current account, I am able to apparently add a further 2 lines which annoys me as sometimes when I log in to scout out phones it’ll for example demand a full payment for an iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB, I then click continue and it consistently asks my income Range which TBH is extremely disgraceful to ask this practically every single time I do this and once I’ve clicked on my income Range I delete the phone from my basket and go back to the IPhone 15 Pro max and suddenly there’s 30% discount, along with ZERO £0 upfront payment and the max plan with Apple One comes to a grand total of £99
so I telephoned EE demanded this gets fixed ( Politely ) and the upgrade team were rude, ignorant, and I’m sorry to say this but utter pillicks the push and push and push me into signing up for a contract I tell them I prefer to do this online and then there attitude changes practically does a full on personality change after I ask them to fix the issue online, one hung up on me? The second guy transferred me to a clueless upgrade team colleague who says “he will fix the issue” infact “promised” so i explained I was interested in the latest iPad nano textured glass however I want to do this online, he lost interest and transferred me
This has lost you 2 contracts 2 expensive upgrades, 2 iPad 13” Pro with nano textured glass along with 2 Magic keyboards, 2 Pencil Pros and a very disgruntled annoyed furious customer who has been with EE for several years, if I’m to upgrade my current iPhone contacts this September when they come to an end i expect an apology, a goodwill gesture, and the issue fixed im still within my cooling off period with IPad Contracts I’ve taken with Sky Mobile, unfortunately i purchased my Magic Keyboard outright and pencil Pro from Apple directly, if EE wish to keep my business then i expect a minimum £50 goodwill gesture, should be £75 if i were to go by £25 per call i made, and a sincere apology and further training for the upgrade Team they are ridiculously far to pushy! If not ill be upgrading with my iPhones i currently have 2 iPhone 14 Pro Max 512gb and an apple Ultra Watch in September with sky and leave EE completely I get a far better deal with being a gold VIP SKY Q customer anyways
I look forward to your response

EE customer services, especially the online ‘chat’ support is the most atrocious, disgusting and offensive customer service I’ve ever experienced. Even worse than Amazon customer service which is bad enough!
In the last week I have spent 14-15 HIURS PER DAY trying to get someone to listen but they disconnect the chat or pass the chat unannounced to someone else, blame idle time on their laziness, they don’t read the previous chat and use copy/paste statements that often dont even line up to the conversation. I have never had to repeat the same thing so many time over so many hours over so many days and get absolutely nowhere! Appalling and disgraceful.

Hi apologies if you scroll up you’ll see my reply which is in full detail, I’ve been with EE for a long time and frankly EE has made the worst decision by merging with BT customer service agents they are utter useless and as Gary mentioned pass the buck on if they can’t be bothered, if they ever i repeat ever get as cocky and arrogant as they did to me again I’ll give them my full wrath, I spend a fortune with EE monthly and I don’t appreciate cocky smart arrogant agents being smart and then telling me they will put me on hold while they speak with the technical team then I’m passed to some other numpty, and I question if indeed EE have been voted the best network running again, merging with BT is the beginning to an end for EE, anyway I’ve put a complaint in via the form so I hope it’ll be taken seriously by a genuine EE customer service manager not BT

@gadgetmanjay : Amazon CS are brilliant 👍 ! They always do what I ask immediately. The secret is to be a good regular cust.

SO ‘brilliant’, in fact, that they just called to say that at least 10 agents had given me inaccurate and misleading information, all of which was because they had failed to check information accurately and hadn’t followed previously trained and shared information. That’ll be because they are lazy, sloppy and couldn’t care less about customers or the brand. So, yeah, ‘brilliant’!!
