Hi everyone.
I’ve been with EE,t-mobile,one2one… for 28 years now as I learnt today.
Over the last 6 months I’ve had some major payment issues partially my fault but also EE fault.
I dealt with Lucus today from the “executive complaints team” and he was amazing and a credit to the company.
Im disappointed in the company’s understanding and approach towards certain circumstances especially to someone who has been with them longer than the age of some staff memebers.
This comment doesn’t reflect the service I received from a genuinely understanding and helpful individual.
It reflects the fact that his hands are tied by a company who I really hope hasn’t got big enough to forget its longest customers.
