I've called 4 times over the week, sat on hold for ages, and then hung up once I realised that ...
NONE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAMS, LITERALLY ANYWHERE, PICK UP THE PHONE!?!?!?!
Is there any way we can email or request a call-back once a member of staff can be bothered to actually pick up the phone :')

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting in touch with our team. If you call us on 150 then you should be able to select option 1, to let us know why you're calling, and our team will call you back.

You can use the message option in the EE app.
Also when are you calling as during the day it will be busy.
