Can anyone help me with my EE lifetime discount?
I’m hoping someone on here can help me, please.
I worked for T-Mobile, Orange and EE for many, many years. When I left the business, I was granted my employee discount on a life basis, and I have had it ever since.
Unfortunately, the discount has now been removed from my account and I’m trying to get it reinstated.
I’ve spoken to EE, but I’m struggling to get this resolved. I’m not asking for a new discount or to be given something I’m not entitled to — I’m simply trying to get the lifetime benefit I was granted when I left put back onto my account.
If anyone currently works for EE/BT, particularly in HR, Employee Services or knows who deals with former employee benefits, I would really appreciate your help or a contact who can look into this for me.
I’m more than happy to provide my former employee details privately so the original agreement can be checked.
If anyone can point me in the right direction or help get this escalated, I’d be extremely grateful.
