I’m not sure if this will ever reach the kind gentleman who helped me with my query on 26/11/24. But I’d just like to say thank you for making it so easy for me to upgrade my phone & plan as well as answer every question I had. Mind you, I had lots and lots of questions.
lawrence was very respectful & kind. He explained everything to me in detail and made sure I had more than enough time to read T&C’s before signing my contract. He also thoroughly looked through 2 separate plans for me as I was being incredibly indecisive and I felt confident in the end that I was making an informed descision.
