Amazing Guide Experience - Kenny from Plymouth - 18/06

I wanted to leave some positive feedback for Kenny, who helped me today with an issue activating my broadband.

When I called EE, I was initially quite frustrated because my broadband activation had been delayed by around a week, and although my router was showing as activated, it was flashing orange and wasn't working correctly. I was put through to Kenny, and from the very start he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, understanding and patient.

Not only did he quickly identify and resolve the issue with my broadband, but he also completely changed my experience of what had started as a very frustrating day. Throughout the call he was polite, reassuring and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.

While waiting for the router to reset, we had a lovely conversation, and Kenny was genuinely engaging and friendly. We spoke about his South African heritage, and he shared some great recommendations with me. What could have been a stressful support call ended up being a genuinely enjoyable conversation.

Kenny is a real credit to EE. His knowledge, professionalism and customer service were exceptional, and by the end of the call I felt completely differently about the situation. He not only solved my technical problem but genuinely improved my day.

Please pass on my thanks and recognition to Kenny. Experiences like this are the reason customers stay with a company, and he deserves to be recognised for the outstanding service he provides.
