Hi,

I really wanted to express how brilliant Sabeya was today , she was very polite, listened to what I had to say and was very helpful in dealing with the issue. I couldn't find a way of contacting EE to give her the great feedback she deserves so am hoping someone can forward this onto the right department for me. Thanks
