Hi there, was wondering if it was possible to send forward some feedback for some of the best customer service I’ve ever received!
unfortunately I completely forgot to write down his name, but he was in the Newcastle branch and is a Sunderland football supporter! We spoke about the different types of TV and broadband deals EE had to offer and had a good old natter about football whilst sorting out all the important bits!
whoever this chap was he was very informative, whatever I asked him he had good knowledge, wasn’t pushy at all. Very polite, kind, funny and also a massive attribute to your TV/Broadband team!
