Hello, I bought an xbox game pass code from G2a, after activating the code, I wanted to stop the automatic payment, but it was not possible to do so, because it is suddenly tied to bt/ee. Even though I have nothing to do with bt/ee. I contacted xbox support and g2a support, no one can do anything without you. Is it possible to cancel the subscription so that everything goes back to how it was before, that my subscription is not tied to bt/ee? As far as I understand, many people have been affected by this problem recently

I encountered the same problem but I'm still in the first month. Can someone tell my how you are being billed the months after the game key month? Is that through xbox because then wouldn't it just help to delete all payment methods on your xbox account?

Hi @Duco,
If you've purchased a subscription that is being billed via someone's EE/BT account, it is the EE/BT account holder that would continue to be billed until they cancel the subscription.
