nintendo switch 2 bundle online codes already been used

i recently ordered and received the nintendo switch 2 bundle with 24 months switch online, express memory card and donkey kong game

after setting up the console and signing in went to use the code cards given, but receive an error after typing stating the codes have already been used,

tried ringing 150 didn’t realise it was hard these days to actually talk to someone and not have to press a ton of different numbers which still doesn’t get to you to a point of talking

Thank you for confirming your still having the issue and it isnt just me.

I’m going to trading standards and then further as consumer rights state the product should be as described and fit for purpose. Since the retailer is EE, they are responsible for this.

In addition, I also had Nintendo confirm that the codes were used before my purchase date

Hi there, I had this issue where there was just a code in an envelope in the box that came with my bundle. When I went to redeem it, it said that it had already been used. I then opened up my actual switch 2 box further to see that there was another code at the bottom of that box which was redeemable and that code worked. I’m not entirely sure why they give a not working code when there’s a working one in the box with the switch. Hope this helps at all and if not I hope you find a solution!

Thanks both codes I received were both in the box and both should be working as my order was to two. I know they have to open the box to pack them so my guess is someone in packing is photographing them before packing and listing them online 

I just had the same issue. Seems like someone’s is activating the codes when they send them out.

I had the exact same issue with the same bundle. This sucks. You buy in good faith and they fail you.
