I switched add on to Xbox pass and got a thank you text but no activate instructions. I was waiting for half an hour on 150 and had to give it up. So far over the last 2 weeks I've spent over 5 hours to sales and complaints at EE/BT for another issue and it's cost £££ in lost earnings. I got no call back as promised yesterday so another half day off work.
I am so fed up of BT/EE atm. How do I get activated- I've had to use a free 1 month pass for my son to use it while this gets sorted but don't want to pay £12.99 a month for a service that I'm supposed to already have!!! 😡
