Hi, I was given an xbox gamespass code and I noticed from my profile that it said it was purchased from BT/EE. My subscription has currently expired and I have no way to renew it because it is still active through your company. I have never had any contract with you or any subscription and I would like it if you could kindly deactivate this subscription. I am currently blocked and cannot renew anything unless you deactivate the account.

I don't know, like I said I got the code from a friend of mine, he didn't tell me where he bought it. I contacted him to get the information but haven't had a response yet. Speaking to Microsoft they told me that the subscription expired on the 25th but I can't manage it from the Microsoft site because if I click on "manage" to try to deactivate the subscription it takes me to your site. This is what they wrote to me by email:
I looked into it and it turns out that BT/EE has taken over your subscription. There is a trending issue related to BT/EE Xbox Game Pass Ultimate tokens. It appears that some BT/EE (discounted Xbox Game Pass Ultimate) tokens are being sold via gray market sellers. This results in customers being unable to manage their subscription due to the lack of any partnership with the BT/EE service. Note: BT/EE is a telecommunications company based in the EMEA region.
That said, we need to contact and ask for assistance from BT/EE Support to cancel your subscription.

Thanks for getting back to me @Marzio87.
I would recommend asking your friend to go back to the point of purchase to get your subscription cancelled.
