I have received an Xbox series x as part of your Black Friday deals. It says it’ll come with 24 months of game pass ultimate. I have it on a pay monthly subscription added to my ee phone bill. I have receive a text for the ee game card, but haven’t received the game pass. I have check other forms and using their posts also checked ee.co.uk/xbox on this number (the one the Xbox is ordered on) and it’s not on there

Without the correct add-on, you won't be able to activate the Games Pass.
If you can give our team a call, they can make sure the missing add-on is applied so that you can set it up.

Not sure why this has been marked as the solution when it still hasn’t been solved. I contacted ee and got told the 3rd party seller of the Xbox provides the gamepass. Got told I would surely get it within 14 days of delivery of the Xbox. It has now been 14 days and I still haven’t received it. The gamepass is why I decided to purchase this deal, and failing to provide it attributes to false advertising and could count as breach of contract on your end. I have emailed the 3rd party seller and am awaiting a response, but I’m not happy.
