I’m wanting to add the PlayStation 5 slim console 24 month bundle with £100 ee gamecard been trying for over a week and as soon as I press checkout it loads up and then says something went wrong come back later just wondering if there’s an issue with the website

Yes ive tried on my phone as well as my partner and it’s saying something
went wrong try again later

I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can check your eligibility and add it manually for you.

How do I get into contact I’ve pressed on the the mobile care team just takes me to a dashboard

If you dial 150 from your EE phone, you'll get through, @Brandon998

The dashboard gives you contact options of you're not calling from an EE phone.
