You'll need to speak to the seller if you have purchased a key you shouldn't have for an EE customer account.

I am sorry we are unable to provide support if you you have purchased a subscription that is being billed to someone's EE/BT account.

You would need to contact the seller and open a complaint if this is not sorted for you.
