Xbox game pass ultimate with series s bundle

I’ve purchased the Xbox series s gaming bundle.  I have not received the Xbox game pass code which is for 24 mnths.   This was 15 days ago now.  How or who do I contact and receive this please. As I’m paying the monthly amount and haven’t got all the items it listed.

Xbox game pass code has not been received as promised in the small print 14 days after.  Who contact ?
