Xbox game pass add on

With the xbox game pass ultimate addon, it states that it's a £10 monthly cost and you save 99p per month. The xbox game pass ultimate costs £12.99 per month though, so don't you save £2.99? Is this a different pass to the one on the xbox website? Please see screenshots.
