Xbox game pass activation

I got game pass through my Ee subscription but when I go to play the games it tells me I need to pay for it again I don’t know what’s going. 

it appears it hasn’t been activated on the EE but when I try to get activation code the pin don’t work then I have to wait for another 10 minutes and it happens again 

Can anyone help

What error are you seeing when entering your PIN to activate your Game Pass?

Have you tried to set this up only using mobile data and disconnecting WiFi? 

This often does the trick when it comes to One Time PIN activations.
