I have tried to claim the 6 month free Game Pass offer I was given as new customer but when I try to add it nothing happens.
I get this same message whether I try it on chrome, safari different devices and on both WiFi and mobile data.
I cant seem to activate it and redeem it. Anybody know how I can fix this?
