I was with BT and had a free gamepass for 12mths. For some reason the stopped it before the 12mths had expired. When I queried this I was tfrd to EE Broadband with 12 mths Ultimate Pass. They have taken the 1st payment and I have set up the router but have had no info on the 12mth Ultimate Game Pass. So my daughter has been without her games now for 3 weeks and no access unless we pay.
Who do I need to contact?
