Hello. I don't know if I don't understand something. I received information that I do not have to do anything for my subscription (Ultra) to continue working, but Microsoft demands that I pay for the service. The console system shows that I have an active service in EE, I cannot play using Game Pass because it asks me to pay. What do I do with it? Please give me some advice. Thank you.
