As I've mentioned @mackleinschmidt, we don't have account access here, this is just a user forum.
I can try to point you in the right direction, but this does involve asking questions to try and establish exactly what you have and when it was taken out. We cannot apply it for you, file a complaint or cancel the contract.
If you do want to make a complaint, you can call our customer service guides again and they can raise it for you, while looking into the Xbox Game Pass, or make a complaint online.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Has the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate worked previously and stopped working 3 months ago, or has it not worked at all since you were due to start the EE subscription?
Is it part of a mobile plan, an Add to Plan Xbox bundle or a broadband plan?

Which broadband package do you have?

The same happened with me. I was originally with bt/ee broadband and it worked fine for the 4 months she had it. Then I switched my phone bill along with my daughters in store and they said she could get another 6 months through the package. After some problems with the numbers, it worked for 1 month and then stopped working. I'd contacted but they kept adding a month and its still not coming on. Twice I've contacted. Not sure what to do. Has it worked for you yet?

Just to be sure with this one, am I correct in thinking it's your daughter's number you should be receiving this on?
Also am I right in thinking you originally had this as part of your broadband, but it's now via mobile?
If that's correct, is it the same Xbox account you're wanting to pair with each?
