I wanted to bring this issue to the EE becasue it starting to be very common. Im looking for advice.
I purchased Xbox game pass key form some as it turns out a unoffical website and it enrolled me to some scam with BT/EE service and now I cannot manage my subscriptions at all.
When I click manage it redirects me to https://ee.co.uk/ to log in to account and manage subscriptions which I cannot do that. Becasue I never had any account there which means I cannot even cancel it.
What could I do to disconnect my xbox account from this unknown EE account that manages my subscriptions ?
I already contacted Microsoft and I have a ticket numbet that they created so I can pass it to EE so maybe someone from EE team can contact Microsoft so my account can be unlinked form this unknown EE account ?

@Hellrion So your basically saying you tried to get something that was to good to be true and you got scammed. You’ll have to call EE customer services to try and rectify this number 0800 9566000

Hey,
I’m one of those people and indeed the BT and EE can’t do anything because only the customer has the power to cancel this subscription so when someone notice that he was charged by something he don’t have enabled, call BT/EE to cancel and then your will be able to buy a Xbox game pass key from official source and the subscription method will be replaced. I of course informed BT and EE about it via mail and on service line and this is what they told me. I gave them a game pass key that linked my account and all details for my account
Microsoft told me to wait one month and see if it cancelled but unfortunately it was renewed and somebody got charged so I reach out to the Microsoft again and currently my issue went to the Management Team so the higher ups to see if they can do something.
The worst case scenario is to delete your account which I will do because I don’t want to be part of it and it will stop renewing for someone but Microsoft told me that it’s the last resort and it’s good to wait for management team answer so I not lose all the purchased games.
This really suck that no one has a power to do anything about it even after reporting this kind of scams and I’m sure the tech guys from EE/BT can detect it easily but it’s not possible without customer itself on the line

Dear All,
I've discovered an easy fix for this.. An effective solution to the issue we've been facing with the Xbox subscription management. It's a straightforward fix:
Remove Payment Methods:
Wait for Subscription to End:
Receive Reminder from Xbox:
Avoid Resuming Payments:
Regain Control:
By following these steps you will get back in control, instead of have an management by external parties and maintain control over your Xbox subscriptions. good luck..
Best regards, Nick
