I took an all-rounder plan in January to get xbox game pass included in my plan to bring costs down, followed the steps to activate the code and the code said it was already used. I spoke directly to Microsoft who said it declined to ever go on so the code was never valid. Having spoken to customer service to remove the add on and put it back on to try to get a new code (over 3 months) i still just get the same message saying the code has already been redeemed. what can i do i don't want any of the other inclusive extras, and now this is now costing me money not saving it.

Welcome to the community.
I don't think you get a new code every time you add the add-on/smart benefit. I would recommend continuing to speak with our Mobile Care team to see if there is anything else they can try to look into this.
