Won’t let me add game pass to my mobile plan

Hello having issues trying to add game pass to my mobile plan 

have a link on ee app but when I get redirected to page it just keeps trying to refresh page any ideas how to resolve this

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems activating your Game Pass.

Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache, or using a different web browser?
