I'm reaching out for assistance with an online order I placed on December 31, 2024, for a PS5 fortnight package. Although I received a confirmation email with tracking details, I've been unable to track the  order through Parcel Force, and they claim to have no record of it.I'm concerned about the status of my order and would appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this issue. Unfortunately, I've been unable to contact the company directly. Could you please look into this matter and assist me in locating my order or obtaining a refund/exchange if necessary? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

I can imagine you'll be eager to get your PS5 as quickly as possible. 

Can you tell me how you placed your order online, or  Which prefix does your order number begin with - XKO , EE or SO0? 
(please don't list your full order number here)

Hi, 

I am having a similar issue as @Vimalroy 

Ordered the PS5 Fortnite pack + additional controller, received order conf. on the 29th Dec.
Dispatch email that the order has left the warehouse and is on it's way, on the morning of 31st dec, (tracking number included which still doesn't work)
Was told a few hours later that delivery will be within 1-3 days once shipped via customer service.
Received another email that the order is dispatched on the morning of 2nd of Jan.
Another email with invoice on the 2nd of Jan.
Order status on store.ee.co.uk is "Complete" at the moment.

Yet the tracking number doesn't seem to work and dates given are confusing.
In addition to the fact that when order was placed order confirmation said:
"Your order is set to arrive between
Thursday 02 January and Thursday 01 January"

My order number begins with S00

We don't have access to orders here on the Community Forum, but for orders made on store.co.uk, beginning with SO0, you can email the Customer Service team for an update at Contact Us | EE Store

Sure, it began with SO and was done online. 

 

Is this email address enquire-store@ee.co.uk? I did, but no response

@Vimalroy That is the correct e-mail address yeah. At the moment team aim to respond within 16 working hours with their opening hours being 9-5.
