Still waiting for 2 EE Game Cards

Odered a PS5 Pro bundle which comes with a £70 game card and a Meta Quest 3s with a £50 game card. I was hoping to use these to get some presents for christmas off the EE game store but so far have not heard about any of them. I scoured the forums and the response I see from the community team is "A text within 2 days of receiving the console" but several people have not heard anything for so many days more.  I text GAMECARD to 150 to no avail and I do not want to be in a hold line for hours on end. This should be so much easier.

I am sorry you have not yet received your Game Cards. As they have not arrived in the usual timescale it will require getting in touch with one of our guides, as they will need to access your account to raise a form to our product support team to get your codes sent out.

@BenjoBear Yeah just call us on 150 from your EE Mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone and select the options for customer care and they will be able to send the form off for you. 

If you have the EE app you can also Message us via the app to request the form is sent

I have the same issue, I have been told you have to wait two weeks cooling off period as people were getting the card then cancelling the order, you then have to wait upto 2 weeks after to receive the code. Total scam imo. I'm still waiting for my in my third week now
