Trying to add the Meta Quest bundle to my account but states 'Something went wrong... Try again later.'
Colleagues in the shop unable to help due to having a colleague account but I'm just looking to add onto my account so just trying to understand how I get past this?

Do you see the same error when you try to add any other products, or is it only happening on the Meta Quest bundle?
Were you trying to order in the EE app or on the website?

This is for any products and I’ve tried both through the browser and the app unfortunately.

Hiya, I have called EE but they have said they are unable to help due to it being a colleague account so currently going around in circles at the moment unfortunately 😞

Have the team said why that would make a difference @taymay61
I have double checked using the information I have here, and it points towards speaking with Sales directly to get this added after going through any eligibility checks.
Have you tried calling 0800 956 6000? This will take you straight through to Sales.
