Cannot order broadband online: "Sorry, something went wrong on our side"

Hi

My previous contract has ended and I wanted to get a new one. However, I've been unable to make an order online for weeks now.

Currently, I can access the online shop and see available deals. I can select one and go through all the extras you're offering. Then it leads me to a page where I'm supposed to fill in my personal data. Once I do that, it redirects me to https://ee.co.uk/broadband/error  which only says

"Sorry, something went wrong on our end "
"We’re working to fix this. Please try again later."

I've tried accessing the shop from 3 different browsers now. Same happens when trying to access the shop from the android app.

Please fix this.

@mivkov   you are not the only one, it seems to be an issue for those of us on older legacy contracts. When I try and see upgrade options it says to give customer services a call.

In the past I have always found calling and knowing what competaters are offering helps negotiate a better deal.

Thank you, Mustrum, for the advice.

But to whoever marked this reply as a solution: Why? This problem is not solved. Mustrum kindly suggested a workaround. An internet provider company being unable to set up a simple webshop to sell their services is unacceptable and, frankly, embarrassing. This problem is not solved at all.
