Hi I have the same issue. Bought and Xbox with 3 month game pass but haven’t received the game pass. I have followed your instructions but I don’t not have a Ee mobile number and it doesn’t accept my phone number that I placed the order with. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I recommend giving our Customer Support team a call. They have access to check the order and find out what is happening with the Game Pass for you.
