Issue trying to activate gamepass

I get Xbox Gamepass as part of my made for gamers bundle which went live today

When I go to gaming on my account page I see it as an add on with the cost of £0 and it says its part of my bundle but when I go to activate it and accept the terms and conditions it just goes back to activate

@Verk Thanks for the additional information. I am sorry the agent you first spoke to did not follow the process to help, but there is one in place to help resolve issues like this. 

I would recommend calling up and selecting the option to speak to the technical team and then advise them you are unable to complete your activation online and need an Xbox escalation form sent. 

Your details will then be passed to the relevant Xbox team who will be able to help resolve this for you.

Thanks for coming back to the community.

Please try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and see if you can activate the bundle.

It is also worth trying another browser or device if that doesn't work.

If you are still unable to activate it, please give our customer service guides a call, and they can look to help.

Hi Michael, I've tried another browser and no luck with that,  And I gave the customer guides a call on 150 but unfortunately the person I spoke with didnt seem to understand me

Do you have a direct number to speak with someone in the relevant team please?

Just to be clear,  I have tried the following,  using different browsers such as Chrome and Edge.

I have also tried to activate it through the EE app on my phone, which directs me to the EE website on my phone and the same thing happens,  

It brings up the terms and conditions, I tick to accept them and click continue and nothing happens and it just goes back to click to activate

It seems someone else has had this issue, Is it an issue with the Made for Gamers bundle ?

Could this be passed on to relevant teams to get it looked into as it could be an issue with the Made for Gamers Bundle

Rang up and spoke with an agent who was able to get a form filled out so hopefully the Xbox team should be in touch within 7 working days
